in AP for 6 months and the embassy visited my family house

I have been in AP for 6 months and yesterday I had a call from the embassy asking about where I reside because I gave them my family address though I have moved out of my family house but my siblings n parents still stay there.The embassy called me on phone and I told them that I have moved out but actually they were in my family house and they met my brother and asked him many questions about me but where insisting that my new apartment dat I stay with another gal I'm married to and they have also monitored me n sees me with different gals.while my brother refuted it n insisted that I'm only married to one wife.I became so upset wen my brother told me this because I'm only married to my wife and why would they try to lie against me.so pls I'm worried and can smbody advise me n how long before I will be contacted to return to the consulate?

If you are in AP there is no way to gauge when the consulate will contact you next. Just sit tight and be patient.

Not good confg that is what they told your brother. You have much the uphill climb. I am sure they are watching any move you make. And you need to walk accordingly.

There is no estimate for AP it takes as long as it takes sorry.

With all due respect, why did you not inform the Embassy of your move? You know you are suppose to inform them of any changes in your address. If you are on AP that means you are being investigated and as advised by other members, I think you should watch your circle. NO one knows how long the AP lasts. It will take as long as they want it to take.

Wow.. I feel sorry for you bro.. as you know already Nigeria is a corrupted country and since you are on AP.. investigation is activated to confirm your relationship.. so it left for you to give them something to hold against you bcos it sound like they are.. and you have to be positive and informative and open of everything you do now.. when there is God .. all things are possible.. so if truly you are married to your only wife sincerely.. then leave everything to God
