Hi everyone.

I applied for my AOS in december 31 and as so far have not heard since, is it normal?

I have checked my status different times this month and its still in Acceptance, how long does it usually takes?

And question # 2 is about my EAD, i received it in March. Is it normal that it is valid for only a year? If so, what happens after the year is up?

July 16- NVC Received Case
September 27 - Interview Approved
October 10- POE NEW YORK
November 17- Wedding day

Adjustment from a K visa can take up to a year or so.

You can renew your EAD if necessary; simply complete another I-765 (renewal), together with a copy of the front back of your EAD and a copy of the NOA from your I-485 and there will be no charge for the renewal. It's recommended that you file for the new EAD 120 days before your current one would expire.

It's unlikely you will need to apply for a new EAD though, your green card should be approved by then.
