so it is going on two weeks since I've paid the $88 and $230 and it still says in process and every time I call and ask for case update all I get is blah blah blah and oh by the way you haven't paid your fees when clearly yes I have so I made a point to send statements of the money being taken out of my bank account and sending it to them by email which they said was fine. I suggest if your shows still in process after a week go ahead and do that if not I don't think it's Ever going to get taken care of.. or maybe it Will.. hopefully.. has anyone been told what is going on?? I'm hoping this Does not delay in completing my case at the NVC!! Grrr I just want this process to be done over with and have my husband here home with me and the kids! Ok umm yea sorry! Thanks and god bless!

I had the same thing happen. I was told it takes up to 1 month to complete processing. Even though your payment has gone in

it still takes the month for the systems to be updated...at least this is what they told me.

Mine took one month to get notification that is was complete.

Its a known issue. Had the same issue and still says progress. NVC advise its a issue on their side and Its okay to send the documents as needed. As long the bank clear the payments.

read my thread relating to the same thing

It looks like they were fixing the issue on the weekend as it said the payment portal was out of commission.

However it is a known issue and you can still SEND the packages even if they don't show paid. Most people send the package the day they pay the bill because it takes a little bit to get there and then a few weeks for them to review them.
