filiing for citizenship/ delcaring

Hellow, i am filling for citizenship and would like to hear some oponion before continuing. Im a green card holder and have been in the US for 19 yrs now. I have a girlfriend shes 27 yrs old currently living in the Philippines. We have a 5 month old boy, and a 3 yrs old girl from her previous relationship. I want to bring them to the US the fastest way. Now my question is when i file for citizenship,beside my own child my son do i need to declare my girlfriend and her daugther?

unless you plan on getting married to your girlfriend, you can not petition for her or her daughter.

If you're planning to get married in the US, after you receive your naturalization certificate, you can file:

ok thanks for the inputs. after getting my citizenship what would be the fastest way to get them, file for fiancee visa with her daugther, or go back to the philippines get married with her, then go back to US file for petition for all three?
