My fiancee says she will need parental consent as she is under 25 and the philippines requires this. Does anyone know where or what forms need to be presented and are these required at the interview?

I don't think she will be needing the parental consent/advice during her interview. When she attends the CFO seminar, I think that's the time that she will be needing that.

yes. that's also possible.she can just go back once she has the visa for the sticker.. or can have the sticker on the day she will depart to US. good luck in your journey!

I am not sure. since u are already 25. they only asked those who are more than 21 y.o but less than 25 y.o. (22-24). actually it is supposed to be the parental advice only for 22-24 and consent for 18-21.. but for some who attended the cfo seminar even if less than 25 y.o they were asked to present a parental consent instead of the parental advice. probably it is one of those "other documents maybe required" by CFO. if you can, might as well prepare a parental consent too. coz we don't really know what specifically r those "other docs" that cfo may required.. atleast u are ready whatever they might ask.

or this one. My link bec in that form above,it is for 18-21 specifically.. since i am not bet 18-21, so i used the other form i found.. which was also used by other applicants at CFO who are more than 21 but less than 25..
