Did you try to contact a senator or someone important? If no, you should definitely do it. It usually helps, especially at that point.

This is becoming a joke now! NOA1 on July 26 and still haven't heard a thing!

Hang in there!!! I contacted my Congressperson almost a month ago and didn't really help. She just asked how my file was doing and then on Friday called me to say that we should receive something within a month. I didn't get much help but maybe you have more luck!

Hopefully we get our NOA2 soon and CSC continues to process at the current rate!

Good luck!

No we didn't contact anyone yet. This might be a stupid question but how do you contact them, email or phone call? What is a Senator? is there one senator for each state?

I'm beginning to think they've lost ours or something. Theres so many files been approved after July. I thought they were meant to process the files in order?

I also get frustrated when I see all those Dec and Sept filers being approved! :( But we have to stay positive! Def write to your Congressperson and Senators. Also, please sign the White House petition. Hopefully you get your NOA2 before your Reps get back to yoU!

wow that's prettttyyyy loooooonnggg waiting for u guys.

did u ever request for service request(by calling USCIS)? contacting your senator or congress might help but not all have success story. to contact them try to google who's your congress/senator for your district then from there call them..they will ask u to download something on their website..a form to authorized them to contact USCIS.

also, try to make infopass thru USCIS website.

goodluck

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

I tried to do the service request thing online but it says I'm within processing times. Which is obviously #######. I'll look in to contacting the Senators though. Thanks
