My wife is here in the US with a k1 visa and her son (5yo) on k3 visa. I am getting ready to file the AOS documents and I have a couple of questions: Do I need to pay separate for my wife and stepson for the filing? How much?

What is the processing time for the AOS?

Thank you all.

Are you sure that the child has a K-3 visa?

I was under the impression that the children of K-1 visa recipients received K-2 visas.

Here are some K-2 AOS information links:

Just mailed the AOS for my wife and stepson this past Saturday. Read the guides and be sure to look at the "Example Forms", big help. The fee for K-1 and K-2 can be combined. We sent check in the total amount of $1,705.00

Based on what I have read and learned we are prepared to wait about 10 months, give or take so if you plan on a trip back be sure to apply for AP at the same time as AOS.

Good luck.
