Ok

Hello everyone!

I am here to see what kind of support I can get. I am engaged to the love of my life we have set the date to be 08-08-13! We have a beautiful baby girl (well shes 2)

We met here in the stats when my love was here for a visit! he had a I-94. Ok he ended up Overstaying that. he went back to mexico on his own free will and was given the option to sign a voluntary departure which he did, he was told there would be a 5 year bar on re entry. well the thing is that i am going to mexico to marry him but then i have to come straight back the the states because i have Anxiety and depression(started after he left). We were told that we need to file a I-601 along with the I-130 and I-129

I would like to file all of these documents alone as to save money for our daughter.

What is some advise you can give me for filing alone and what should i include in the (proofs)

thanks in advance!

Do you mean doing it yourself? You certainly can but the waiver might be trickier. I suggest NOT filing the I-129F with the I-130. The K3 visa route is almost always closed at the second stage of the spousal visa process so you end up getting the CR1 anyhow. If you're worried about money, the CR1 is also the cheaper route, your (soon to be) husband will be able to work right away as well to help out.

You will need the waiver to overcome the ban.

Read the guides and as questions as needed. Mexico is an electronic processing and online forms country, like Canada, so at the second stage, you can email everything and do online forms instead of having to courier or mail items which saves a lot of money.
