I had a co sponsor do a affidavit for my fiancees 129f k1 visa interview in her country back 5 months ago. Can i use a different person as a co sponsor for the AOS packet we in process of doing now, or does it have to be same person that helped me when we were applying for her k1 visa.

Also should all the evidence from the co sponsor be relatively the same as the evidence included in my fiancee's k1 visa interview, she did in her country?

This is a new process. The visa is done. You may have a different joint sponsor.

Required is 2012 tax return + their W2 (or 1099) OR a 2012 tax transcript

Also other proof like an employer letter or 6 months pay stubs is suggested to further prove income.

You can use who you wish on the AOS, it need not match the sponsor on the K1. Doesn't matter if their income is different, as long as they have the required income level.

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
