Hi VJ's, I underwent SPUTUM exam at ST.lukes, and the Smear result was NEGATIVE, and today is exactly 2mos and I called them for the CULTURE RESULT. THEY TOLD ME TO GO THERE and BRING PASSPORT AND MY RECEIPT. WHATS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN? ARE THEY TELLING ME THAT MY CULTURE RESULT IS NEGATIVE??

Please help me with this! I'm getting excited!! ^_^

If there was something noted in the culture, they would have contacted you sooner. Since it is 2 months to the day and they said bring those items, it most likely means Culture results ready and they will be re-scheduling your interview at the USEM.

02/14/2013: MARRIED ON VALENTINE'S DAY!
03/18/2013: AOS Sent via USPS Express Mail
03/28/2013: NOA - AOS, AP, EAD
04/25/2013: Biometrics

05/28/2013: RFEs for EADs and APs

06/17/2013: AOS Interviews. Approved

06/26/2013: Green Cards Received! (APs and EAD also received but not needed)

Removal of Conditions

Here's what St. Lukes is telling you:

...GO THERE and BRING PASSPORT and RECEIPT.

Most likely you're TB culture is negative, but I've seen a few cases that went the entire two months and the culture turned out to be positive. Good luck!
