I am Indian Passport holder and I have Australian PR. My wife is American and Australian Citizen and we are planning to move to USA just wondering if we can apply my Green Card from Melbourne or My wife has to move back to USA and then we can apply for my residency? Although I have 10 Years USA Tourist Visa and My son is also Dual Citizen (Australian and US). I need to know the whole procedure.
