Forget the K3, it is obsolete. YTour wife will petition you via the I-130 for for a CR-1 spousal visa; check the Guides for what papers you need and how the ;process works: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

Your age will be a big "red flag" (ie problem) for immigration, especially as she is over the age to have kids. You will be questioned a lot about this at interview. Best thing to do is spend A LOT of time together.

We also filed for the K-3 but it is now worthless. It only slows down the process. File only the I-130, do not file the I-129F. My husband is from Turkey and I am older. We are now married over 29 1/2 months. It is a very long and hard process because they suspect fraud for immigration purposes. The only way to make this go better for you and your wife is for you to live together during this process in Turkey, if possible. I tried to live in Turkey and I could not stand to be without a job. But if I knew what I know today, I would have stayed. But the problem with that is you will have to have a very good reliable co-sponsor because she will not have any income. I wish you good luck and contact me if you have any other questions.
