Hi everyone! I just have a few questions on what we are to do. My husband is an American citizen living in the states while I am a canadian citzen living in Canada. Our plan is for me to move to the states but we are not sure what our best plan of action is. We obviously want the fastest route possible. We cant figure out if it is IR-1/CR-1 or K3. We are about to celebrate our 1 year anniversary in a month or so. I am also about to visit him for 4 1/2 months so if able should i apply then? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The CR1 is the only one you can pursue at this time. You can start now or wait until you visit. It makes no difference.

K-3 is not an option, You would be filing for the CR-1 path as you are married less than 2 years.
