Thank you left wing anti gun wackos. Although I am sure most people would not object to a simple background check at a gun show, the loony left had to open the debate with all the hysterical stupidity normally associated with gun debates and liberals.

Such as banning a gun simply because it looks like Hollywood version of an assault weapon even though they are involved in less killings every year than knives.

Just as the loony right who spew about real rape vs fake rape doom Republican presidential candidates, the loony left has doomed the gun bill with all their absurd hysteria and anti constitutional gun grabs.

Rather than enact more ineffectual and more draconian laws, the government should enforce the ones already on the books. How many people have been prosecuted under the current "Brady" bill system of background checks? How many people that failed the current background checks have been involved in the recent spate of tragic shootings? I contend that the current laws are NOT being enforced.
