GUys I need help, My fiance asked me:

1. What kind of Letter of Employment will he needs to ask from his company? Is it Certificate of Employment when he started up to present? Does his position in his company needs to address on that letter? Can you give me an example please?

2. When he filed ITR he used turbo tax that can be bought in Costco Store. He filled it out and emailed it. My question is, He will just print them (last 3yrs itr, 2010,2011,2012) then send to me for my interview in USEM.

OR

He needs to go to the Local Office and get forms for ITR and fill out and send to me?

I don't know much about this, so please help us to understand.. Thanks!

1. The above is a good example. The letter should be short and sweet, just giving the salary, and ideally also title and saying that it's a long term position/ he is a good employee type thing.

2. We should be able to call the URS and ask for tax return transcripts, they are free.
