Follow the menu prompts to get a status update, (hit the number 1 four times, then enter your receipt number when asked), listen to what the update tells you, then hit the number that allows you to report a problem with your case. You will be put on a 1-5 minute hold, and will then be spoken to by a tier 1 representative. After giving your information to them, ask to be sent to a tier 2 officer, and they should (hopefully) send you!

I'm currently on hold, waiting for tier 2, but the officer I spoke to on tier 1 was very helpful and transferred me right away. Good luck!

I just called them. July 17th filler here.

Tier 2 told me "ooh You filled a service request in March 9, so wait 120 days to call us and don't bother call again."

Then when I mentionned it was 9 months I was waiting with my kid asking everyday she said "I don't have access to Your file anyway."

So in fact applying again looks like a better solution than staying in the black hole forever since now You wait 4 or 5 months max. In 4 months all I can expect is calling to hear "Do You want to fill a service request?"

Sigh. After holding for 30 minutes, the tier 2 officer told me the same thing the other woman did: that they are working on July 18 cases. He also mentioned that it will probably be 60-80 days until mine is seen to, based on that information.

How bogus! Their website hasn't been updated since FEBRUARY 28 and it says there that they are working on July 18 cases. If that were the case, then surely they'd be on October cases by now! Argh. This is so frustrating. :crying:

How ridiculous. How is this legal?? They should be accountable somewhere! :(

actually, their website was updated April. they just intentionally published processing data from February 28.

They will make another update in May and it will show processing data from March.
