There is something about having to go online and register for DHL for Kingston Embassy. When is that required to be done and what is the web address?

Does anyone have a step by step process what needs to be done after NOA2? Kingston embassy contacted fiance today to ask for his address and told him he will receive something in the mail that he has to fill out the first part of and mail back immediately. However i hear a lot of people are emailing forms back and forth. Neither he nor I have gotten any emails from Embassy yet.

Go here https://usvisa-info.com/en-JM/selfservice/ss_country_welcome to register. My understanding is that you can schedule your own appointment on that site - new system implemented as of March 18. Good luck!

If you have your NVC case number, Complete and Scan the DS230 Pt1 form and email it to the Immigrant Visa section of the Embassy with a note explaining the Email. Put the NVC case number in the subject line of the Email with your Date of Birth (D.O.B.).

Thanks DY2 and BeanCamp we just did as you instructed. We just send case# as subject and put in a note in the body of the email the names and date of birth for both of us and that this email refers to form DS-230. Now whats the next step?
