my understanding of the blue note they attach with a certain date means you have to have it to them by that date.

example i had til march 14 2013 to send in evidence for our NOIR. i mailed out on the 8th of march and they got it on march 11.

always send in by the date, maybe leave a day or two to get there to be safe. you dont want to get denied for anything if it is late to them.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
