It is best to file AOS immediately after marriage. The beneficiary will be out of status 90 days after entry. You will need to file for Lifting of Conditions up to 90 days before the 2 year anniversary of permanent residence.

True you, may have to be out of status for a short time, one major reason for this to happen is waiting for the marriage certificate, you need to send in a copy of the certificate with the AOS paperwork, but it is not recommended to delay too long.

The filing 90 days before anniversary is not the wedding anniversary, it is 90 days before the second anniversary of the issuance of the conditional green card, or in other words, within 90 days of the expiration date of the conditional green card, to lift the conditions on that card getting a ten year card.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
