hi guys. my husband( usc)filed i130 last feb 13 and theycashed the money order feb 26.until now we havent received the noa1.we didnt filled g 1145 so no txt or email was sent to us..we are super worried and stressed why it takes so long to received that noa1..can u tell us what to do and maybe wat are the reasons why these happened?thank u..

Call USCIS tomorrow 1-800-375-5283 and get your receipt#.

Call the National Customer Service Center toll-free number if:

• It has been more than 30 days and you have not received a receipt
• You have noticed an error on any documentation
• Your case is outside current processing times. To check current processing times, see the "Check Processing Times" link in the Customer Tools box to the right

my husband called uscis yesterday and today and it keeps on ringing but no one answers the call..would it be possible that our case is not yet processed even they got the fee?

and you are dialing the # I listed above? you should at least get a recording. what times are you calling? all i can say is you need to call.

Also where do you have you address listed that the notification would have went to? US, Guam?

yah he is calling to that number.he talked to the operator but when the operator connected him to the person that he need to talk about our.receipt number no one answer..

IN guam...he sent the petition in phoenix lockbox..

Same thing happened to me. But I only waited a few weeks and called them. I called (1-800-375-5283) 3 different days from Vietnam and talked to a person each time I called. Everytime it was around 8:00am their time when the office first opens. I had to give my personal information to verify then they updated me on the status and told me when they began processing it (noa1) and they gave me my REF #. So my advice is to call them when they first open. Ask when they began processing it and the REF#. After you get your REF # you can check the status online also.
