Forms Fees

Dear Friends,

I will be submitting my forms soon and since they include, i130,i485,i313 and i765,i was wondering if i should write just one check for the total amount of fees pr i should write each form a check which will be four checks attached to each form...Please assist. Thank you.

I'm assuming you mean I-131.... The 131 and 765 are free if you submit them with the I-130 and 485. So I would (personally) just do 2 checks.

Thank you,Wish i had seen this before,i submitted the i 130, i 485 and i 765 and paid for full amount for all of the forms,am submitting i131 tomorrow,do you think i should include the fees for that too?

No, you don't need to include the fee for that. Just put a copy of your NOA1 in the envelope when you send it in.
