i just get confused a little

about

passport style photo for Petitioner (USC)

and passport style photo for Beneficiary (Fiance)

is that mean i have to have a copy of my passport and my fiance passport ?

and the other thing i seen that i need to send with package 2 of

Letter certifying ability and intent to marry Beneficiary from Petitioner (USC)

Letter certifying ability and intent to marry Petitioner from Beneficiary (Fiance)

what is that ?

another question is the form I-129F must have me and my fiance information

and there is only 3 forms that will send with the package

I assume you are talking about the first step for the K1 VISA. Both You and your fiancé have to fill in the G-325A and you have to attach a passport style photo to each of them. Passport style, not passport!

Type "Visajourney K1 visa guide" to google and you will find the link you need! Do it carefully because you don't want to get an RFE!

A passport style photo is simply a photograph one for the petitioner one for the beneficiary in the style of one that would be used in your passport. in the us you could get one made at a cvs or a bunch of other places. It is a 2 x 2 picture of your face with a plain white background. (look in your passport at the picture, it should look like that one just recent.)

Write your name in pencil on the back of the photo and clip it to the back of the applicable g325a sheet
