Hi guys, I'm kind of new to all this. To be brief, I had my IR 2 visa interview about 4 weeks ago in Ciudad Juarez. According to the officer I was approved and was supposed to have received my visa in 1 week! Maybe im just getting scared for no reason, but its been a month already. Can someone please tell me if thats normal? Why is it taking so long to arrive tothe DHL location?

Did you try contacting the embassy? If they said it would take a week and it has been 4, I would without a doubt try to contact them. Good luck and keep us updated!!!

Yes I tried contacting them several times already. After the 1 week passed I called them and they told me it would take 5 to 15 business days. So I waited....after the 15 days had passed and I still hadn't received anything yet, I decided to give them a call again. This time they told me it could take 4 to 6 weeks! It's going to be 5 weeks since my interview this Friday. I don't know what's going on. I don't know if I should be worried. Originally the Consular officer had told me I'd be receiving my visa in 1 week thrugh DHL! Does anyone know if this is normal? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
