Hello,

I am in the process filing I-131. Have few queries. It would be really helpful, if someone (who has got his/her I-131 accepted without any issues) can clear my doubts.

Part 1

------

1. Is A number same as USCIS# in Green card?

2. Is Class of Admission same as Category in Green Card?

Part 3

-------

1. Date of intended Departure - Am planning to put an approximate future date of travel. Is that OK?

2. Expected length of trip - 6 months or more. Is that fine, as my stay outside USA may go beyond a year. Not sure at this point of time.

Part 4

------

1. Purpose of Trip - Medical. Need to know while coming back to USA, whether any documents need to be submitted.

How long did the overall process take for getting the reentry permit?

Moved from removal of conditions to adjustment of status as this is not a removal of conditions question.

In the example form section there is a whole example form on how to fill out this form correctly.

Do you already have a green card? What visa did you enter the US with? Are you needing the I-131 for a re-entry permit or advance parole? You have no timeline. Need more info.
