CR1 OR IR1 ------------ which will i get?

Hi Friends.

I am bit confused and needs your advise.

After marriage my husband had filed for CR1 visa and i got 221 g sheet on interview day for more documents to submit and i had submitted documents with in the one year time period.The visa case is on AP .Its third year is going on for our marriage .will i get Cr1 visa Or cr2 visa ( our marriage has completed two years in September 2012)

It will be an IR1. It is based on how long you have been married when you actually enter the USA.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
