No dates and captions on the pictures, will we get an RFE??

Hello, please enlighten me. When we filed K1 we didn't put dates and captions on the pictures because we didn't know it is needed, our lawyer never said anything about it. Question is will we likely get an RFE cos of it?? Any replies will be highly appreciated, thank you:)

The consensus seems to be a resounding no. I dont think you will be getting an RFE. I opened a similar thread a few days back and I was assured that I wont get an RFE. I did not get an RFE and later received my NOA2.

It just depends on who is looking over your case. You're probably fine though, I didn't submit pictures at all and I didn't get an RFE.

I am still waiting to hear back after my RFE. My reason was the 20 plus pictures i sent did not have names dates and locations on the back. Also i had orbitz documentation that we were going to cancun, they wanted proof that i actually went. So i sent about 100 pictures with all the information and boarding passes and passports and so on.

My fiancée is here with me now and we did not have date stamps on any pictures. You should be okay.

You are welcome . As a member pointed out earlier, I think it depends on the mood of the person opening your petition package. The reason I opened my thread with regard to captions and names behind the pictures is because somewhere in VJ I read that somebody got an RFE for not mentioning the names, date etc behind the pictures, but as I discovered later in a very vast majority of the cases its not a problem at all like it happened in my case.

Even here the few replies seem to suggest that they did not face any problems. I wish you all the very best in your visa endeavor.
