Democrats Are Rushing To 'Evolve' On Gay Marriage Before Supreme Court Arguments Today

A flood of Congressional Democrats has come out in support of gay marriage ahead of Supreme Court arguments on two major cases Tuesday and Wednesday.

The latest was perhaps the most significant, as Alaska Sen. Mark Begich said in a statement Monday night that he now supported same-sex marriage.

"Gay and lesbian couples should not be denied the ability to pledge their love and commitment through the civil institution of marriage," Begich said, according to BuzzFeed. "I believe that two committed adults of the same sex should be able to receive a government-issued marriage license, while religious institutions retain their right to determine which marriages they will perform."

Just let them get married and/or divorce like anyone else... Another waste of taxpayer money to make an issue of it by politicians approving/debating it. They pay taxes like everyone else or they maynot... The US has BIGGER problems to deal with than this.

But people think it's gross and will lead to social chaos. Can't argue with nonsense like that.

So are you implying our nation is incapable of addressing more than one issue at a time?
