I am about to send my fiancee my I-134 and supporting documents, and I wanted to make sure that I haven't forgotten anything. This is what I have so far

1. Completed I-134 (two original copies.) My fiancee's son will be coming here with her, and I indicated this in part 3 of the document. Do I need to complete a seperate I-134 for him as well?

2. Tax returns for last 2 years

3. Letter from employer signed and dated verifying salary.

Should this be enough supporting documentation, and do I need to complete a second I-134 for my fiancee's son too?

this is what i sent in....with my i134

tax returns for the last 3 yrs

affidavites from my jobs clarifying my pay rate and all.

any original documents they have asked for.

if she is bringing her son too i believe ther is a place on there that says any children who will be coming or will follow to list them.

i just looked back at the i134 and yes you will need to list on the same i134 her son under section 3.

good luck!

I would also include some recent paychecks and W-2s. Don't forget to include a more recent intent to marry letter from both of you. Good luck

If you haven't already, be sure to check for and follow the specific requirements of the interviewing embassy/consulate. There are instances of different requirements for K-2s.

Good luck.
