Hi All,

I have seen few posts on VJ where people have said that they got their NVC case number by calling NVC after their NOA2. I want to know if thats true and since I have received NOA2, will it be possible to get the case number by calling NVC considering that I recieved NOA2 on the 5th of march.

Thanks in advance

Congratulations. For some reason the service centers have been very slow to getting petitions to NVC. Its been taking 3 to 6 weeks for petitions to get to NVC. Than about 2 weeks to get case#. Do still call though.

I would advise you to come to the NVC filers thread read Post #1 and #2 read up prepare for what you need ready so when you have case# you can fly through.

i recently got NOA2 1 week ago, to get the case number we should Wait at least a week from our NOA2 date, then start calling. And call every day afterwards until we get it. but i'm wondering how to know the Case arrived at NVC? by calling them as well?
