Hi Vj'ers

Can someone please tell me if we had done the right thing. We had receive an Email from NVC with the DS-3032(choice of agent form). My husband filled all the information needed and send the original form back via email to NVCInquiry@state.gov BUT he send it in as an attachment? he put our NVC case# and name on the subject line. and then, for the body of the email, He put our case# again..his name as beneficiary and his Bday...and so as my name & bday as petitioner. Will NVC accept our DS-3032 if he send it in as attachment?

Some people send it as an attachment, some people send it using the email format, and some people do them both together. Either way, the important part is that you somehow got the information to NVC and made it clear who the petitioner and beneficiary were, the case numbers, and their birthdays. If you did all that, it should be fine.

And, even if they do deny it for some reason, all you have to do is resend it using the email format. So it's no biggie. good.gif

You'll get an email saying that they've received and accepted the "choice of agent" information, but you can always call NVC to confirm if you're unsure.
