Hi All,

I finally got my green card after a little longer wait than I had expected. But I have it and it's all good!!!:)

Another question I have is: should I change my name on my social security card first or should I apply for state id with my new name on the social security card?

Thanks to all for sharing your experiences and advice.

Change your SSN first so you can apply for state ID or license with your married name on it..
