When sending greeting card photocopies for the I-130, do you photocopy both front and back?

Just a little apprehensive that immigration won't share my sense of humour on the Valentine's Day card I picked for my husband (I normally throw cards away so this is the only one I could find)

The front, inside (so they can see who it went to) and do photocopy the mailing envelope as proof you sent. That time-stamp you know.
