Hey!

New and just joined after a friend who helped me along the way suggesting this place.

I mailed in my packet on March 1st (it was signed for March 4th). Just got the email Acceptance Confirmation! Hopefully the I-797 will follow in the mail soon and then the fingerprints appointment!

Any other March filers out there?

(Day 00) AOS Mailed- March 1st, 2013
(Day 03) Packet received by USCIS - March 4th, 2013
(Day 11) Email NOAs & Cashed checks - March 12th, 2013
(Day 14) Hardcopy NOAs - Received March 15th 2013 (dated March 11th)
(Day 17) Biometrics Appointment Letter - Received March 18th, 2013 (dated March 13th)
(Day 35) Biometrics Appointment - April 5th, 2013

(Day 40) Residency is in interview scheduling stage - April 10th, 2013

(Day 77) EAD went in production - May 16th, 2013

(Day 78) EAD was mailed! - May 17th, 2013

(Day 78) Interview was scheduled! - May 17th, 2013

(Day 116) Interview - June 24th, 2013 (APPROVED!)

03.06.2013 (Day 2) - Package received by USCIS Chicago

03.12.2013 (Day 8) - Received all 4 NOAs via text and email

03.13.2013 (Day 9) - Checks cashed

03.18.2013 (Day 14) - NOA hard copies received

03.21.2013 (Day 17) - Biometrics for I-485 and I-765 received

03.25.2013 (Day 21) - Walk in Biometrics Done (around 3pm)

04.02.2013 (Day 29) - Case Status Appeared & Updated: Testing & Interview

04.05.2013 (Day 32) - Biometrics Appointment NYC Varick St.

05.03.2013 (Day 60) - I-765 Case status appeared: Card Production

05.11.2013 (Day 68) - Employment Authorization Card in hand :)

06.06.2013 (Day 94) - Interview Scheduled for July 11. Via USCIS case status

06.08.2013 (Day 96) - NOA Initial Interview Hard Copy arrived in the mail

Finally! We filed our AOS last week (March 5, 2013) and USCIS received it two days later. How does it take before we get a NOA1? Until now, the check has not cleared.

It's ok! Good luck. Neo it could take up to 6 weeks, after that long then you'll need to call and check on ur application.
