I just sent out my I-751 package, and then found this forum, by reading other people's post, I'm a little bit worried about the package I sent. Here is the list of file I sent

- My green card copy, both sides.

- My son's birth certificate, with my wife and I listed as parent.

- My daughter's ultrasound picture, she is due this June.

- Our IRS tax transcript 2010 and 2011

- Our house property tax statement of 2009, 2010, 2011

- Our house refinance settlement/deed signed by my wife and me.

- Copy of the joint credit cards (not statement, because statement only shows primary holder's name)

- Copy of our Car insurance.

- Copy of our driver license, showing same address

- Copy of my medical insurance card, with my wife and my son listed as dependent.

- our mortgage statement with my wife and me listed as policy holder

- our checking account statement showing my wife and me as join account holder

What worries me is that I only send the latest copies of checking account statement and mortgage account statement, if I came to this forum earlier, I would have sent them all. Have I sent the sufficient evidence? Can I send those before I received any RFE? Thanks a lot.....

Oh, i think your list is good! Don't worry too much! Don't send anything now without receiving your RFEs, just hope no RFEs. :)

Every case is different. In your case you have a child and another is due and also have house refinance signed jointly. Also you have other supporting strong evidence and hence I don't think you may get a RFE. Just relax and chill - also keep 4 - 5 randomly printed account statements ready, just in case you get a inexperineced evaluator that may ask for those.

Get the tax transcript of your 2012 tax filing - you're in the period of year when they will ask for it. When we filed for my ROC back in 2009 (March 3rd if I remember right), we made sure to include the taxes so we wouldn't get hit with a RFE. This meant filing taxes early and not wait til April 15.

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010
