Hi there,

I have a few questions to ask USCIS including what address to use on the forms.

Does anyone know how to get through to them? I called 1 800 375-5283 and I don't know how to get to a person. Arg!

Also, if anyone does know whether to use my home address on the forms on where I currently am in the US, I would grateful for a response.

Thanks!

Getting a human is easy, getting one that can help is much harder.

When you dial put the phone on speaker and do nothing. After a few minutes it will say if you have a rotary phone please stay on the line. Then you will be transferred to a Spanish speaking person, let them finish and tell him/her English please.

Hi there,

You're calling the right number, so that's a good start.

Here's a link for their hours. Maybe that'll be helpful. Usually if you call first thing in the morning or an hour before they close you'll have better luck. *Also, check for office closures; holidays*

USCIS: National Customer Service Center

And if you post you're questions on VJ, a human is likely to answer you blush.gif

Best of luck & happy journey
