WEll how fast the MSC?

That's a loaded question.

I already told you it will most likely be transferred to your local field office.

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO

It can vary anywhere from 40 days to people still waiting from August 15th.

Why not try the search function for the 1000 other threads posted about this in the last few months?

Short answer - depends on the address that the petitioner gave.

I gave you the specific link to enter your zip code and find your office.

I'm not going to help any longer as I think you've been given enough information.

Well, being that you are not at CSC or Texas or Vermont, but MSC (The National Benefits Center).....

EVERY I-130 filed since August 15th has gone to the National Benefits Center and potentially on to a local office, so take a look at ANY thread for people after that date in the CR1 progress sub forum.

Or not.

I suggest you make friends with the February Thread:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/412591-february-2013-i-130-filers/

You can continue to ask general questions there and get an idea of those like you that are getting approved.

Keep in mind, that just because someone gest approved in, say, 30 days, almost certainly does NOT mean you will.
