Moved from US embassy forums to CRBA forums as this is a question about CRBA process, not US embassy.

No medical exam for the baby. But you have to show them the baby book and your pre-natal, pictures that both parents are present when the baby was born.

Pre-natal care records, pictures are just the tip of the iceberg. BTW both parents don’t need to be present in photos when the child is born.
