Hi all,

Im new to the forums great site I have learnt a thing or two that not even my lawyer had the courtesy to share. I filed for I360 in June of 2012. My spouse is a LPR so I know I have to wait for a visa number to become available. What I am confused an worried about is the VAWA approval I got my Work Permit in July 2012 does that mean my I360 is approved? VSC requested more evidence for the prima facie determination an it was sent of since Aug 2012 but since then my case has been in RFE response review. What does this mean??? Is my Vawa approved or its still being decided.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I came here legally I just overstayed my time like most of us. My spouse is an LPR it wasnt abusive but emotional and mental abuse. So just need to know with the approval of my work permit does that means my I-360 is approved or I still need prima facie approval?

Any info would be appreciated.
