Affidavit of Support(I-134) Question...

We just got Approved(NOA2) and we are starting to gather up documents needed for the Interview. I have a daughter who will be coming with me(K2). So i am wondering if during the Interview in the US Embassy will I have to submit a separate form I-134(Affidavit of Support) for her and also the tax transcripts, w2, letter from employer, etc. to support the form I-134... Or the one filled for me is enough?

Hope you guys could help me with this... Thanks...

You will need the 134c for each, here is a link to the embassy instructions letter listing what is needed for the K-1/2
