I got the same response, when I asked about my AOS application status. 20 business days, that's the end of March. *sigh* that really bummed me out, more than usual...

that's what any NVC operator would tell you, however, it never takes that long. I was told to wait 20 days for my AOS but then it took only 8 days. So, I believe you should see results after 10 days wait.

I sent them together but as two envelopes inside one (bigger envelope).

They have the same address but a different "Attn:" line

2012-02-27 We get married while living together in Australia
2012-03-25 She moves back to US, He moves back to UK
2012-03-26 She applies for UK visa
2012-04-06 UK Visa approved (10 days!)
2012-05-10 She moves to UK

I've come to realize we must all drive these NVC people NUTS...they were not happy to hear from me asking if they have a case # for me. I got the typical "once we have processed it you will get notice in about 20 days" ya ya I know your spiel my reply "so you are not showing it in your system then yet, correct?" He did nothing but mumble his script lines. Until tomorrow NVC people rest up, I'll happily spend time EVERY evening until you finally give me a number. Hope everyone else stays positive through their waits!!!

NVC told me call them back on 22nd of March.

IV n AOS = sent 15Feb2013

IV n AOS= NVC received packet 17Feb2013

AOS = reviewed n accepted 28Feb13

IV checklist= false checklist 1march13

Hopefully one more week to wait!!! Waiting patiently... Ugrrrhhhh....
