Ok i have a question, it's about my wifes last name, she signed the G-325 with her maiden last name. in D.R everyone is born with two last names their fathers followed by their mothers, and that's their maiden last name until they get married, when they get married they keep the fathers last name and replace the mothers last name with their husbands. the thing is i don't see in either her birth certificate, or our marriage certificate that her last name has changed to mine.. now im a little worried because all of the papers she signed were with her maiden last name. i have no idea what is right or wrong, also i don't know how her passport last name will be. do i need to get her to sign all those papers again with her married last name

Why would either of those documents change? Maybe ask her if generally the birth certificate and marriage certificate state her married name or does she just change the rest of her ID to show the married name. Both my birth certificate and the marriage certificate show my maiden name. That is who I was when I was born and that is who I was when I was married. In Canada and the USA this is normal. But for the DR it may not be. Ask your wife and inquire in the regional forum.

I believe as long as she has her passport in her married name her green card would also be in her married name.

I'm not sure if it will affect your petition or file at all. Questions regarding that sort of issue is best left to people who have gone through that consulate. I don't know if it's a difficult consulate or not.

Essentially what she signs on all of that doesn't matter. In the end all that matters is what is on her passport because that is what they determine her green card to be in.

She might have just signed it automatically since you haven't been married that long. Maybe she hasn't changed any of her ID yet so she thought she should put down her maiden name still. Why not ask her?

BTW your timeline says you're going through Armenia and the Texas Service center. :) You may want to update that.
