Hi, I was wondering what to put on me and my wife's G-325a form for where it says: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:" The choices are "naturalization, status as permanent resident, or other(specify)" We are filing DCF for the CR1 immigrant visa.

Also when it asks about our employment history I'm not sure what to put for the address and such because we have both worked for Odesk which is an online job, and we have worked for americans and australians on Odesk while living in the Philippines. Thank you for your help :)

You select Other and then write I-130 in the space provided.

I am not sure about your question related to employment.

03/14/2013 - AOS package sent (overnight next-day delivery)
03/15/2013 - AOS package delivered to NVC on 03/15/2013 at 10:06:00
03/19/2013 - Re-sent DS-3032 email with Supervisor Review on subject
03/21/2013 - DS-3032 accepted
03/22/2013 - IV fee invoiced and paid
03/25/2013 - IV fee shows PAID
03/25/2013 - IV package sent (overnight next-day delivery)
03/26/2013 - IV package delivered to NVC on 03/26/2013 at 10:04am
03/27/2013 - AOS accepted
04/08/2013 - IV checklist found out by phone - NVC lost our marriage certificate sad.png
04/09/2013 - IV checklist email received
04/16/2013 - IV Checklist response mailed - new Marriage Certificate

04/16/2013 - Case Complete (they found our first marriage certificate during supervisor review??)
04/17/2013 - NVC received IV Checklist response
04/23/2013 - Case Complete email from NVC

05/13/2013 - Medical

06/03/2013 - Interview

Other and I-130 Spouse

For employment, put the city and country of the headquarters and in the available space, note (remote online) or whatever the applicable short explanation might be. Perhaps though, you are actually self employed, independent contractors. If so, simply indicate that with the location being your home and an occupation. If you work independently from home, no need to enter the address again. For location, just enter (from home).
