If they did not return your passport, it leans toward an RFE or approval! If they hand you back your passport, it is denied.

Finished!

The Filipina consul interviewed you for 2 freaking hours?!

Well, I guess you passed because they didn't give you back your passport. :)

Congrats! :)

Filipino and American consult interviews are standard procedures but 2 hours and sworn statement of fraud could be case-to-case basis.

They kept your passport and no 221g given to you, so I'm assuming you're approved or will go through Administrative Processing.

Good luck!

I see. Maybe she doubted your relationship with your fiance. But anyway, they didn't returned the passport. Pat yourself, 99% you are approved. :)

Hmm, when my better half went in Jan she was only asked 5 questions and when she took the oldest daughter a week ago she was only asked 3 questions. Do you want to go to US, do you know who the petitioner is and have you met the petitioner in person. She said the whole process last just under an hour to get everything done at the embassy. The last two passed there medical today and Thursday they go to the U S Embassy.

I would have to agree with that they might have thought there was a problem with the relationship also...........

Hold up. Back that thing up "sworn statement of fraud"?. They didn't give you any paper at all no 221g nothing? I would be calling or emailing.

then she asked me to sign sworn statement of fraud..

Did this statement have a form # or do you remember what the statement said?

He is hoping that all is good and you are approved. After the interview, did you have to go to another window before leaving?
