Hello,

I got a checklist today from NVC. AOS and IV sent last 15Feb via USPS. Now NVC is asking for visa application part I again? I did send both package.

Do I have to do send everything again????

How you manage to send just DS-320 part I? they go together. You only send them what they request. if your AOS packet is fine then only resubmit DS-230 part I as they requested. Don't forget to have the new cover sheet they sent to you on the top of the documents requested.

I did send signed part I and unsigned part II. With all civil documents. Can I send it via email?

I got a same issue as u I sent all the original documents with AOS n IV in February 13 n I received a email saying that they haven't receive checklist letter I don't what to do....

I received an email right now that my documents are incomplete. I did received a checklist. I did try calling NVC but the line too busy cant get through.i dont know either.

it's a false chechlist, ignore it

that mean your aos package has been reviewed and accepted and they wait for your ds 230 to be reviewed

PARISS I have a question is that do I need to send two different packages one with AOS n another with DS 230 to NVC... I m just got concern it goes 1 package or 2 thank you for your response....

you mail the package according to the address you have on the 'cover sheet, but I have read that some have send both in a single package, however they are processed separately

I did mail both of them in a single package I guess they didnt review yet my IV.

its a false checklist as Pariss stated. You can mail both packages in the same envelop( thats what I did). They are separate tracks and will be reveiwed seperately. Just make sure you have the cover sheet for each package in front of it.

I received email from NVC saying that they haven't receive my another part n I spoke with customer service saying same thing now I sent them proof of package delivery with 2 different tracking number..I hope they will find it
