Hi all, I need some info, I haven't received my GC yet and my EAD ( work permit ) will be expired this april, do I need to extend it? and do I have to pay more ? this is so frustrating I've been waiting for a year and no news about my GC, anybody have the same experience? Thank you

you should apply for EAD renewal around 90 days before your current card will expire.

But I hope you will get your GC before then. Good luck.

Look at the I-765 instruction form, Renewal EAD

Renewal EAD: If this is a renewal application and you are

applying under one of the following catergories, a filing fee is

not required:

5. ©(9) or ©(16) Adjustment applicant who filed for

adjustment under the fee structure implemented

July 30,2007.

You don't need to pay for EAD renewal.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
