July 12th Filer and Still Waiting. My Congressman has written 3 times and this last time the response at least indicated an officer had been assigned. This is a greuling process to watch so many that filed after us get approved faster. I just hope for good news everyday. Sometimes I think checking these forums and Igor's list is not helping me feel any better. It used to, but not now. Hang in there other May/June/July filers who have not heard back yet.

So sorry to hear that you guys are still waiting. Have you tried to call VSC and speak to a Tier 2 rep? Good luck, we hope you get it soon :thumbs:

Hi, thank you for the reply. Yes, I have spoken to a Tier 2 a few times and it has not done anything (I often wonder if pestering them puts you at the end of the pile) so I keep having my Congressman send letters as well. Since they have not updated processing times since Dec. 31, it still says July 2nd so I have no case for a service request until they update that, which I have figured out they do this on purpose so they never actually have to be viewed as past processing times. The other couple that is petitioner from Bahamas was 245 days so I can only assume ours will be similar but I don't know if I am just making up logical arguments for myself at this point :)
