I have a question about including a rental lease as evidence of bona fide marriage for the I-130.

Our lease is really long (like 10 page). Is it sufficient to just include the first page (the stuff on the other pages aren't that interesting)?

Also, we've moved around quite often since we met. Should we include all the leases from all the rentals we had together? Or just the current one?

I included the first page tht had the name of the complex, thr owner, how much we will be paying, n that we have security deposit n it is not a section 8 housing, also i included the page where me my husband landlord and his witness had signed it.it is pretty enough n in my case it was just the first n the last page of the lease:)as long as it has both names n current and signed by your landlord that s the only pages they worry about:)

I just put a copy of the first page of our lease in the packet because it had the company name, and both our names on the leasees line.

I'd also include the page that has both of your signatures on it (I sent in a whole copy of my lease).

Holy #######, people! My rental lease is only ONE PAGE! How the heck do you guys get 12 and 35 pages? Your owners are paper freaks! ;)

How can a lease cover anything that needs to be covered in just one page?

How can a lease cover anything that needs to be covered in just one page?

I guess by stating that the tenants pay for the rent of the apartment and accept it "as is condition". LOL Our owner is not really on top of things...we don't even have a manager on site....I guess "you get what you pay for" in my situation...a ridiculously cheap apartment compared to the area...:)
