How important is the employer letter saying you working for them? The issue I have is I not sure if they will give me one. I have bank statements showing they are paying me.

Why wouldn't they if you work there?

Taxes and paystubs should be fine if you have enough of them. We never used a letter from work, just taxes paystubs and w2.

If your income meets the requirement it shouldn't be a problem, but if its very close to the line of not meeting it then you may want the letter as added proof.

Personally I don't think it's really that important based on my experienced as long as you meet the above poverty guidelines then you're good but it won't hurt to have them..
