no docs???? when I started f129f the first step over 20 pages of stuff was sent along with over 12 photos then again emely you can read the form yourself and see what has to be sent with the forms

also he would have gotten the receipt not long after everything been accepted also in your profile says you files for an e visa this a mistake?

You have to be more specific. Did he file the G-325, send proof of you two meeting? What about letters of intent etc.

RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

Did you send forms G325A? The copy of the birth certificate of the USC, the passport style pictures and the statement from both of you that you intend to marry?

If you sent all that and you just miss pictures, boarding passes and things like this, you will probably just get an RFE (that's my guess). You will have to send them whatever they ask for when you actually recieve your RFE. This is not the dream path, but a RFE is not that bad either...

If you really didn't send anything, but the I-129F form itself then you risk a denial. This subject has been discussed very recently, you can check it here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/415046-i-only-sent-the-actual-i-129f-form/

Good luck in your visa journey!

From the day we sent I-129F to the day I recieved my K-1: Exactly 9 months
