Just realized that the question 11 hadn't been check and nothing was written bellow. My interview is tomrorrow, I don't know what to do.

I know I should have checked before but my fiancé think I don't trust him with those stuff, and so I decided to trust him... now I am so upset!!!

Good luck in your visa journey!

Here is a link to the sample form here on VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf.

He wasn't supposed to check anything, then he should have put "N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)" in the space provided below that.

Calm down. Breathe. It will be okay.

Has he signed it? It might be worth just writing in block capitals exactly what he intends to support you with and just ticking "yes". Or you could explain your situation to the consular officer and say your fiance simply missed the question. I don't think that would be basis for a denial. I think the worst case scenario, if everything else is alright, is you get issued a 221(g) and get asked to re-send it to the Embassy, and they'll issue the visa on recieving that.

Thank you! This is what I will do. I will just explain the officer that for him NA and leaving blank was the same thing (if the officer asks me anything.), and that he will fully support me, we will leave together, he will pay for everything until I get a job and we can take care of expenses jointly.

But If the usual answer is N/A, then it should not be a problem.

Thanks. Yes he signed it. I won't put anything myself. blank is gonna be ok (I am gonna convince myself of that and we'll see tomorrow )

It doesn't matter because that question is not adapted to a K-1 situation anyway. The affidavit that will matter is the one that your sponsor will fill in for your AOS (I-864).

Agreed. I was just thinking if it helped her to calm down she could write in block letters or type in the "N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)". It doesn't matter because it is not applicable to her situation. I just remember how nervous my fiance was for the interview and I was there.
